Looking for Screw Size to Install Replace Ratchet Strip for Swagman E-Spec

Question:
Hey There.. Could you indicate which screws you recommend to secure the track? My track came of do to the rivets breaking but the track is fine i just need to reattach it but the selffoot tappers are not gripping the frame. The screws are not strong enough to grip the frame and remain loose. Tried size 8x1 thickness. Thanks for any info.

Hey Justin, since your had the rivets break out there probably isn't a size I can give you from here since most likely the holes have been enlarged or have been somewhat damaged. It would probably be a case where you will need to experiment with a few sizes to get the exact correct size.
