How are Rivets Removed before Installing Replacement Ratchet Strip part # S34FR

Question:
How do I remove the rivets that hold the existing ratchets strips on the rack. The replacement strips come with self tapping screws a better solution .

Rivets would need to be drilled out as there is no other way to remove them. Then you can use the included screws of the Replacement Ratchet Strip part # S34FR to install it.
