No, Gregg I am sorry we do not. Unfortunately the Power Gear 500385 jack is an older obsolete part that has since been upgraded and replaced.
The only solution I have for you is to replace the entire system with something like the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad item # LC358590 for a 4 point set, or item # LC675817 for a 6 point set.
