Hey Rob, unfortunately we do not carry any replacement jacks for the Power Gear 500082HR. Since it looks like those jacks have been discontinued, your only real option is to replace the entire system with something like the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad # LC358590 for a 4 point set, or # LC675817 for a 6 point set.
The 4 point set is going to work best if you have a GVWR of up to 15,500, and the 6 point if it's higher than that. Both of these systems have a bolt on install, can handle at least 10,000 lbs, and has a touchpad to easily control and adjust the jacks.
