Are there different models of springs or all they universal? I have a 2000 Monoco LaPalma 36foot Class A. RR spring broken. Thanks,

I have an airstream landyacht. Manuel says spring assist jacks have only one hose.. I have one hose only. but no springs ??could i be missing BOTH rear springs?
