Hello Joe, thanks for reaching out. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 will affect the rear ride height of your 2023 Ford F-150 Tremor in that it will return the rear end to the original stock ride height. It will not raise the ride height beyond the factory ride height. Towing a trailer can cause the back end to sag, and the air bags are there to prevent sagging and keep the ride level. The idea is that the distance between the top of the tire and the wheel well is equal front and back.
The Air Lift # AL67PD kit you were looking at is the correct fit for your 2023 F-150 Tremor. If you want an onboard compressor, use the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL58WQ.
