Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs Do these or or the other available Air Lift bags for a 23 Lariat change the factory ride height in the rear?

While the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL47PD were not designed to change the factory ride height on your 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat, I would not be surprised if you did see a little height gained. Typically the height gained is from the sag your factory springs have developed over the years of use. It is not a problem with the factory leaf springs it is just how all springs are as they age they will sag.

Personally I prefer the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL67PD as they have the internal jounce springs which help to protect the air bags from being pinched and reduce bouncing when hauling heavy loads. Pair this with the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 and you can easily adjust the air pressure in each spring without having to monitor the air springs while you drive. The smart manifold keeps them within 3psi of your last setting while you drive.
