Awesome. Does it swivel both ways? How do I lock the hitch? How do I lock the wheel/tire? Is the "lever" included?

@Garnett Yes, it does pivot both to the left or right. To lock the wheel to the Roadmaster Spare Carrier item # RM-195125 the item # e98892 would be a great option and then for a hitch lock the item # e98880 would work really well. Yes, the lever is included.

Hey Mark, I checked with Roadmaster and a hitch riser cannot be used with the Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount with 2" Receiver Opening #RM-195225. There isn't any type of adapter that can be used with this spare tire carrier.
