Hello Earl. We do offer a trailer hitch and wiring that will fit your 2024 Acura MDX. For a hitch I recommend the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e27KR, and for wiring use the Tekonsha # 119250KIT.

It is important to note that any hitch you install on this vehicle has the potential to interfere with the handless lift gate sensor. Most of our customers have reported back to us that this functionality is either very limited or completely lost. The best option will be to install the hitch and relocate the sensor. One of our customers very cleverly relocated the sensor to the crosstube of the hitch which you can see in the picture below. If you want to keep the liftgate functionality you will need to do something similar.
