Hello Sami, thanks for reaching out. According to Tekonsha, the # 118747 wiring harness is correct for the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4matic SUV. The only known exclusion is the premium package. Those models do use a different connector, but it doesn't sound like you have the premium model so it should fit.
It should be a simple matter or pulling back the access panel in the cargo area to reveal the connection point on the driver and passenger side. You will need to unplug and separate the connector to plug in the T-harness. Once you pull back the panel, it should be clearly evident where to plug in.
If you have already found the plug behind the access panel, and it does not match the plug on the T-connector, I would have to assume that your vehicle has some feature that excludes the wiring harness. In this case, you will need to use the # 119147KIT wiring kit instead.
I hope this helps. Don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything else I can do to help.

Hey Sami, how did things go with the wiring harness on your GLC 300 4MATIC? Were you able to find the correct plug behind the access panel or did you end up using the powered wiring kit instead? Knowing what worked might help others with the same setup.
