To add a class IV hitch to your 1994 Ford E-350, I recommend the Curt item # 14053. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your motorhome with included hardware. It has a 2" receiver, a 10,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 1,000 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get this hitch set up.
Here are some other parts you will need to tow a trailer with your motorhome:
Wiring Harnesses - 4-Way - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55343
7-way - Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7
Brake Controller - Tekonsha Prodigy P3 item # 90195
Ball Mount - Brophy Ball Mount for 2" Hitches item # BH40
Hitch Ball - 2-5/16" Hitch Ball item # 19286
