Hey Jim,
I drew up a little diagram of the Blue Ox Trailer Hitch Receiver # BLU75UR's dimensions so you can see if this would be a fit. It's not listed as a fit for your E-series cutaway chassis but the F and E-series can some times be interchangeable. It is listed to fit the following models:
2017 - 2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty
2017 - 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty
2017 - 2025 Ford F-450 Super Duty Pickup
There isn't a custom-fit option confirmed to fit so if this doesn't your next option would be to go with a weld-on adjustable-fit trailer hitch. For this you would need to measure down from the frame to see how big of a drop you'll need for the receiver tube to stick out without hitting the rear bumper/fascia. We offer the following drop sizes:
