Does this tire come already mounted on the wheel?

Hello Matthew. Yes, the Kenda # KE63JR does come with the tire mounted on the wheel. You just need to make sure it is inflated to the proper PSI before you put them on the road. This tire should be inflated to 65 PSI. When you receive them they will be inflated close to that, but temperature changes during shipping can change the PSI so please make sure you check it.
