When you’re towing long distances, this combo is designed to stay solid mile after mile. The Westlake ST205/75R15 radial tire carries a Load Range D, 8-ply rating, and handles up to 2,150 lbs at 65 psi. Its double steel belts, double polyester plies, and nylon tread-firming belt overlays help control heat buildup and resist tread separation at sustained highway speeds. Both the tire and wheel meet DOT, FMVSS, and SAE J1204 standards for dependable performance on the road.

Saltwater, humidity, and road grime won’t ruin the look or performance of this wheel. The 15" x 6" aluminum wheel is lightweight, rustproof, and topped with a clear coat that shields against scuffs and scratches. Steel inserts in the lug nut wells prevent wear so the wheel stays tight on the hub without constant retightening. It’s a durable setup that keeps its shine season after season.

No waiting for a shop to mount your tires. This assembly arrives mounted and inflated to the proper pressure so it can be installed right away. With the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, 3.19" pilot diameter, and 1/2"-20 wheel bolts, it’s a straightforward fit that gets you rolling fast with confidence in every component’s capacity.
Unexpected flats happen, but this combo comes with help built in. The Lionshead Roadside Assistance Program covers flat tire changes 24/7 anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico for two years. Plus, the tire includes a 1-Year No Excuses Guarantee that replaces any damaged tire at no charge within the first year and even covers a flat labor rate for remounting. Add in a 5-Year tire warranty and 1-Year wheel warranty for long-term peace of mind.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Westlake ST205/75R15 radial trailer tire in a load range D, and it's mounted on this 15 inch glossy black Eagle series aluminum wheel with a 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. Now, this tire wheel assembly is ideal for RVs, campers and trailers. The wheel we mentioned, it is an aluminum wheel. It's very durable, lightweight and rustproof.
And we mentioned it's the Eagle series, which, if you notice, it's a split five spoke design with a glossy black finish. But if you look on the edge of the spokes, you can see that they put a nice machine finish on the edge to give a little bit of a shine to the wheel. They do use an automotive grade clear coat finish on the front to protect the wheel from scuffs and scratches. Now, one of the nice features I like on this wheel is they put steel inserts in the lug nut wells. And what's nice about that is it'll help to keep the wheel securely in place on your trailer hub.
Those inserts will prevent the holes from elongating or wearing down, so it eliminates the need for constant re-tightening of your lug nuts. The wheel itself, the diameter is 15 inches. The width on just the wheel is six inches wide. This wheel does have a bolt pattern of 5 on 4 1/2 inches. And if you wanna measure a bolt pattern like this that's an odd number of lugs, what you wanna do, pick any one of the holes, let's say this one, and then you're gonna measure across to either this hole or to that hole.
But when you measure, it's from the center of the starting hole to the furthest edge of whichever hole you measure to. So on this, it'll measure 4 1/2. So this is a 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. Does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20, and the weight capacity on just the wheel is 2,150 pounds. Now if you notice, this wheel does not come with a center cap.
If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separately. You do wanna make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole 'cause when you install your center cap, it'll go through this hole. The pilot hole diameter right here is 3.19 inches. The tire on this wheel is a Westlake radial tire. It is constructed with double steel belts, double polyester plys for a nice long life. They do use a nylon tread firming belt overlay to help prevent tread separation and it is a radial ply tire, so it is great for highway use. This is an ST tire, which stands for special trailer tire, has the sturdy sidewall so they can handle heavy loads and it is created specifically for trailers. It's not intended for use on other vehicles. Now the tire size, which will be stamped on the sidewall, right here, you'll see ST for special trailer, 205/75R15. The R means that it is a radial tire. Section width on this is eight inches. Overall diameter from the bottom to the top when it's inflated, it's 27.1. This says a load range D, which means it's an eight ply rated tire, so the maximum load capacity is 2,150 pounds at 65 PSI. Now, this assembly does meet the DOT, Department of Transportation specifications and I do wanna mention it does come with a speed rating. Almost all the new trailer tires do have speed ratings on 'em and they labeled it on the sidewall with a letter designation. And where you'll find it is right after the size we just went over. There's two numbers for a load index and then the letter L. Speed rating L will mean this has a 75 mile per hour speed rating. They do offer complimentary roadside assistance for two years and flat tire services available 24/7 anywhere in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico. But that should do it on this Westlake ST205/75R15 radial trailer tire in a load range D mounted on this 15 inch glossy black Eagle series aluminum wheel with a 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern.

Best RV tires Ive owned. Put little over 13000 miles on them this year. Went from the west coast to the east coast. Not one flat tire. No abnormal tire wear. They still have good tread. Ready for another road trip. And always air them to 5psi less than stated on side of tire.

Since installing them on my 30 travel trailer, we have traveled from Texas to the west coast and to the east. Put 14000 miles on these tires and they still are good for another long trip. Remember, correct air pressure and straight axles. Would purchase these again for sure. Highly recommend these whells and tires!!!!
