I have a thule 1600xt with the u bolt setup, I would like to update it to a more modern mounting system like the easy snap or quick snap. Do you sell something that could make that possible?

It's possible Eamonn, but you're going to need to modify the box which could affect the structural integrity of the box. If you're cool with that, then you'd need the Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly # TH05738 and the Replacement Thule AcuTight Cradle for Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Boxes # TH8523387001.
