Question:
I also want to order the quick release grips (4) for the box (pincer like pieces that tighten to cross rod on roof rack). Can you advise what part that would be for this box? Thanks. Best regards

With a key broken off inside the lock, your only option is to drill out the lock and replace the core. For the replacement cores and keys for the matching set, I recommend the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 2 # TH450200.
With the key broken inside the lock, the master key won't work, so carefully drilling or calling a locksmith to drill for you are the only options. You may be able to drill into the key directly enough to get a bite so you can pull the broken key out and then you wouldn't need to replace the core/cylinder. If that is the case, you can get a key replacement if you can give me the key number or the number on the old lock cylinder.
