Question:

I have a Thule roof carrier that I need replacement parts for. One lift arm and one clamp foot. The carrier was manufactured in July 2016, is probably a Force XXL not sure. Inside is a Serial Number possible MFS1. Please let me know if this is enough information to get the right parts. I went ahead and looked at the attached Thule parts and I need (1) "B" and (1) "D."

Thankfully, we do have the replacement parts you mentioned for the Thule Force XXL # TH6359B. Part "B" and part "D" from the attached specs picture are the following:

- B: Replacement Thule AcuTight Cradle for Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Boxes # TH8523387001
- D: Replacement Lid Lifter Hinge for Thule Cargo Boxes # TH14936

Please note that these parts are only approved to work with the Thule Force XXL # TH6359B. If you have any other model of Thule box, these components will not be compatible.
