I want to make sure I am buying right hitch and wire kit for a 2024 hyundia Tucson Hitch e38kr Wire kit cu94fr

Hello James. It sounds like you are on the right track here, because the etrailer Class 3 hitch # e38KR is indeed the correct hitch for the 2024 Hyundai Tucson.
For the wiring, the # CU94FR you mentioned is correct for the 2024 Tucson, but this will only fit models equipped with the factory tow package. Basically, it will plug into a factory connector behind the passenger side rear access panel. If you do not have the factory tow package, use the OEM Replacement Harness # TK44ZR instead.
