Hello Sallie. The longest extension we offer for a standard 2" hitch is the Trailer Hitch Extender # e48YR which is 18" long. The thing to keep in mind is that using this kind of extension decreases the carrying capacity of your hitch by 50%. Depending on the weight of your bike rack and your bikes this may not be a practical solution.
We do offer a 32" extension, the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension # TLE1532, but this can only be used with the TorkLift SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers. So, in order to use this, you will need to replace the trailer hitch on your truck. If you can tell me the year, make and model of your truck I am happy to look into it and see if we offer a TorkLift SuperHitch for your truck.
Another potential option is to use a front hitch for your bikes. Let me know you vehicle and I am happy to see if we offer a front hitch that will work.

OK thanks! We have a 2006 Ford F350. So what you recommend is that we change the hitch size to a larger size (3"?) in order to support the 32" extension and manage the weight needs. The bike rack itself is probably about 60lbs and the bikes on it add another 150lbs. If we change the hitch to a 3", we will need something to adapt to the narrower hitch requirement of the bike rack. It feels like attaching bikes to a slide in truck camper should be simple, but I'm having a hard time figuring out all the parts! Thanks for your help, Sallie
