Yes, the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL29DR will fit your 2016 Ram 2500 Crew Cab with running boards as long as you have a factory hitch receiver or no receiver at all.

If your 2016 Ram 2500 Crew Cab with running boards has an aftermarket hitch receiver, you will need TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL35FV.

If your 2016 Ram 2500 Crew Cab with running boards has a TorkLift SuperHitch Original 20K or TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum 30K hitch receiver, you can use TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL79PR as a powder coated steel option or upgrade to TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL67ZV for the aluminum and stainless steel option.
