Where to Trim 2023 Honda CR-V Fascia for Curt Class III Hitch Installation

Question:
Getting ready to install the Curt Class 3 on my 24 CRV EX . Are there any instructions as to where to cut the fascia? A template would be helpful or just a basic explanation.

Hey Bruce, I'd be happy to help you out!
We actually installed the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13397 on a 2024 Honda CR-V so in addition to the linked photo from the instructions showing where to cut (see attached), I'm also adding a link to our install video. If you jump to the 7:09 minute mark you'll see where we start getting into cutting the fascia and you can follow along.
All of this will be the same for your 2023 model year.
