Joe, for your 2 thousand and 13 Jeep Wrangler, you can use the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C33FR. This base plate kit will work with an aftermarket bumper, and is custom fit to your Jeep.
If you're interested in finishing up the flat tow setup you're going to also need:
-A set of tow bars, like the Curt Rambler Non-Binding Tow Bar # C26FR,
-A wiring harness, like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267,
&
-A braking system, like the Roadmaster BrakeMaster for RVs w/ Air or Air-Over-Hydraulic Brakes # RM-9160 with the RoadMaster BrakeMaster Custom Seat Adapter # RM-8829.

Does a Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar - BX7420 2" fit the curt base plate..c33fr. I see the blue ox recommendation. But it's only a 5000 tow bar .
