When you’re not towing, this setup keeps your front end looking clean and natural. The concealed main body sits out of sight for an OE-style finish, and the removable arms leave nothing bulky behind. It’s a solid way to keep things looking tidy while still having a reliable connection when you need it.
The twist-lock tabs make it quick and easy to get hooked up or disconnected. Each arm locks into place securely so you can be ready to tow in just a few steps. With a distance between brackets of 24" and a bracket height of 17", the setup gives you clear, consistent attachment points for your tow bar.
This base plate is made from welded steel that’s precisely fitted for strength and dependability. It spreads towing forces evenly to reduce stress on your suspension and frame, so you can tow with confidence mile after mile. It’s been physically tested to gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and finished with a durable high-gloss black powder coat plus a rust-resistant liquid Bonderite coating inside and out.
Everything bolts securely to the chassis—no welding required. The included hardware makes installation straightforward, even if you’re doing it yourself. Once installed, it provides a solid connection point for your tow bar, giving you a dependable setup that’s ready when you are.

Base Plates mounted on my 2022 Ford Bronco is holding up 100. Great quality finish that has not rusted. I have seen base plates from other companies being installed on Broncos and they are making major modifications. Not my Curt Custom Base Plates. An easy DYI with no major modifications. We have towed our Bronco 13,000 miles behind our Class A and its a flawless tow. These base plates were also priced much better then other brands. Thank you Etrailer!
