Hi Tim; to convert your boat trailer from roller bunks to bunk boards all you need are the bunk boards and brackets to mount them. You will need to measure the roller bunks you have and get the same length of bunk boards:
- 7 Feet: CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27845
- 6 Feet: CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27840
- 5 Feet: CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27820
For brackets you can use the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies - 9" # CE10000G-4 or 11" # CE10001G-4 with CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4.
