Realistically nothing Bill, apart from branding. Both the etrailer # e56RR and the Curt # C22UR have the same capacities, can be used with a weight distribution system, and have a bolt on install for the 2024 Toyota Sienna. Also the etrailer is a has a matte finish and the Curt has a gloss finish, if that's something you're interested in.
