Going strong a year later! Great choice. Noticed that backing down on some steeper inclines like driveways transitioning to the street it can bottom out and scrape but it doesn’t seem like that could have been avoided design-wise and it’s also not that big a problem. Everything else about this hitch has been great. Great finish too no signs of rusting.

I see from the pictures that were sent that the hitch is what we call flexed. This can happen while in transit to our facility or to you. We do have a great FAQ that provides ways to move the brackets back into alignment so the hitch can be installed. Please see the FAQ link below.

Ouch, that doesn't look good at all, Nathan. I'm sorry to see that your hitch arrived like that. We have an article about rust prevention that I've linked for you. It's always good to check the hitch once a year to cover any open spots to kep prevent any rust down the road.
