The best hitch for your 2023 Toyota Sienna is the etrailer Hitch item # e56RR. This 2" hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Sienna with included hardware.

I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video we did on a 2022 Sienna so you can get an idea of what this hitch will look like once installed on your 2023.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
