Question:

Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Brake Controller. I understand converter needed for 2025 sienna, what wire do i connect to vehicle 7 pin round BRAKE wire

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like your 2025 Toyota Sienna doesn't have any wiring at the back so you'll need to install the T-One Wiring Harness # TK69FR along with the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This will give you all of the wiring and connections you need to operate the Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Brake Controller # TK94FR.

I also recommend picking up the No-Drill Wiring Mount # 18136 to secure the wiring at the back of your van.

Jon, since the Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Brake Controller is mounted to the trailer, and the Sienna has all the kits you recomended, i dont see a wire going to the 7 pin connector brake controller pin on the Sienna side. (since the controller is on the trailer} Is there a wire going the the brake pin Sienna side? Other question I want the backup lights to work on the trailer. do the mentioned above kits connect the backup lights? Thanks

@MikeP The # ETBC7 kit comes with all of the wiring needed to install a standard brake controller, but the RF actually just needs the left and right stop/turn signals and 12V power in order to work. The ETBC7 also comes with a place to connect a reverse light function. You'll likely need to tap into the reverse light circuit by splicing into one of your brake lights.
