Hey there Terry, I'm not completely following what you are trying to do. The part number you gave me is Folding Basket Adapter for 2" Trailer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carriers # 52015, which is specifically for extending and raising the shank of the 20 x 59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs # C18150 and Surco carrier.
Correct me if I'm wrong (reply below), but I believe you have a 2" receiver on your vehicle and you have a 1-1/4" accessory which you are using with 2" to 1-1/4" adapter such as Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" to 1-1/4" - 4-3/8" Long # e58YR.
If you want something like this that has less wobble and less extension, I'd go with the Trailer Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63YR.
If you are just looking for a 1-1/4" extender/raiser then you can only get one with the extension like with CR Brophy Hitch Extender for 1-1/4" Hitch Receivers - 5-3/4" Long # hes6. Can you reply below with more info so I can help you out?
