Question:

Hello, I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and want to install a hitch for our bike carrier. I would like to but all I need in one purchase. Local law requires lights and license plate. Can you list out the products I need to package together. Car does not have any tow accessories at all. Thank you

Hey Scott.

For your 2022 Hyundai Tucson I recommend going with the etrailer # e38KR. This hitch has a nice matte black powder coat to blend in the black fascia on your car, and will install so only the receiver portion will be visible once it's on there. It's 525lb tongue weight is more than enough for a bike rack.

Since you're going to need lights, you'll need wiring too of which I recommend # 118784. This'll give you the 4-way connector you need plug in your lights.

If your bike rack doesn't already have the lights you're going to need to retro-fit them. If you can tell me what model bike rack you have now I can see if there's a custom option, or the # LP10SB and # 98174LED, and (2) # BK70BB can be added with a little bit of creativity.
