Question:
troubleshooting psx2 Lippert jacking system. I have traced that 12v exists at the input side of switches but ninth jack will expand or retract. Guessing there is a fuse associated with both switches? I have tried replacement switch on at least one of the two with no luck

There is a fuse/breaker on the red wire between the switch and the battery. If it is bad you can replace it with # LC134181. When you say traced did you mean you tested for 12V power? If not, go ahead and test it with a circuit tester # PTW2993. More than likely you aren't getting full 12V power, or none at all.
If you have 12V power running to the switch check the wire running to the motor for power. If you find that you have 12V power running from the switch to the motor but nothing is happening I would say you need a replacement motor # LC352338. If power is running into the switch you didn't replace but not running out go ahead and replace that switch with # LC387874.
