Troubleshooting Lippert Electric Stabilizer Jack Not Working

Question:
I have the Lippert electric stabilizer jacks on my TT and the rear one all of a sudden stopped working. It worked fine while camping last weekend but when I parked it for storage the rear jack would not extend. The motor seemed to be working fine so it seems like it might be electrical. Could this 6-amp auto reset breaker be causing motor not to work or is there a fuse somewhere I should be looking for first? Thanks

We have actually heard from Lippert about this type of issue and they recommend replacing the 6 amp fuse with a 30 amp fuse. This should resolve the issues you're describing.

I'm having the same issue mentioned by Derek. Both jacks were working fine while camping. Needed to raise my front and rear jacks in order to change a tire. The front one worked fine, the rear one did not. Just to make sure I understand; you're saying that Lippert recommended replacing the 6-amp auto reset breaker with a 30-amp auto reset breaker to fix this problem. Correct? Can you recommend a 30-amp auto reset breaker that I could purchase? Thanks.

My problem was the same. At first, a test of the components it was the breaker that was the issue. but now, in order to operate the rear stabilizer I need to manually begin to turn it and then it will operate. I have lubricated the track and that has not made a difference. The motor will run up and down once you turn the stabilizer manually. I purchased the breaker from erailer and not longer feel that is the present issue.
