Question:
Hello. I currently own an 85 magictilt bc21c boat trailer. The previous owner cut the brake lines and replaced the surge tongue with a standard 2in ball tongue. Id like to get the brakes working again, among other things that need some help. The drums are still on the trailer, just has cut lines. I would need a new surge tongue and a flexible line kit with possible new brake cylinders as well. It also needs the V rollers replaced and while I am at it Id like to switch to roller bunks instead of decaying wooden bunks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hey Mike, so lets start first with an actuator to replace your coupler. For that the Demco part # DM72VR would be a great option that has as easy to use latch and was designed for drum brakes and a 2 inch hitch ball. It sounds like the brake line was cut right at the back of the actuator so for a replacement for that you'd want the part # DM02032. If you needed a complete replacement brake line kit we have the part # 18SI-BLKIT that you referenced.
To do new wheel cylinders on the brake assemblies I would need to know the brand of the assemblies as well as the axle capacity. Older wheel cylinders can be hard to track down so new assemblies in this situation are typically the way to go.
For V rollers we have the part # CE10401G for a 5 inch, part # CE10403G for an 8 inch, or part # CE10404G for a 10 inch.
Then for roller bunks we have the part # DL21741 which is a 5 foot long section and for brackets part # DL21762.
