Troubleshooting Lippert PSX1 Stabilizer Jack that Won't Retract with Switch

Updated 02/17/2026 | Published 06/12/2024

Question:

I have a 2021 Jayco Eagle TT with the Lippert PSX1 stableizer jacks. My issue is they will deploy electrically but will not retract. What should I be looking for to fix the issue

Hey Mario, that sounds like a switch is broken or the wiring to the switch is damaged. So check the wiring to see if anything looks damaged but most likely it's time for a new switch which would be part # LC387874.

Hey Mario, did replacing the switch fix the issue with your Lippert PSX1 stabilizer jacks not retracting? Knowing what solved it could help others facing the same problem.

@JamesonC. I ended up having to have my complete BMPro control board a d tablet replaced due to dead relays and none responding touch pad.
