Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Kenda Karrier KR53 ST205/75R14 radial trailer tire with this 14-inch black machined aluminum wheel. Now, this radial trailer tire does come pre-mounted on this 14-inch black machined aluminum wheel with the 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. So, whether you're replacing a worn out setup or you're prepping a new trailer, with this assembly you're going to save time and skip the hassle of separate mounting and inflation. And the low weight design of this KR53 tire is going to help improve fuel economy on longer trips.
And the highway friendly tread is going to keep your trailer tracking steady and straight. So, this is gonna be ideal for both short hauls and cross country travel. And of course, as you probably know, this radial construction's gonna help reduce heat buildup and promote longer tread life, especially on those extended trips. So, as I mentioned at the beginning of our time together and as we have stamped here on our tire, this is an ST205/75R14. And this is a load range D tire.
Meaning that it has an 8 ply rating. This has a maximum load capacity of 2,200 pounds at 75 PSI. And this has a speed rating of n, indicating a maximum speed of 87 miles per hour. This included black machined aluminum wheel is lightweight, is corrosion resistant. It is rated up to 2,200 pounds.
And I really do like the design here. It's kinda like a star here with the machined aluminum finish here on the kind of accenting the star, the spoke design there. So, it's a great looking unique design. So, this is gonna kinda blend modern style with dependable strength. The measurement of our wheel, looking at the diameter first, measuring bead seat to bead seat is 14 inches.
And then, the width of our wheel is 5 1/2 inches. And again, our bolt pattern is 5 on 4 1/2 inches. And in case you don't know, the first number of the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes, but that second number is the num, the second number rather is the diameter in inches of the circle on which the bolt holes sit. So, to determine the bolt circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, you're simply going to measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. The wheel stud size is 1/2 inch by 20, and the pilot diameter is 3.19 inches. This does not include a center cap, just so you're aware of that. So, you do wanna make sure if you do pick one up, that it does fit that pilot diameter of 3.19 inches. Now, if you happen to have any other additional questions that I didn't answer for you during our time together, please be sure to reach back out to us. We do wanna be sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
