I have a 1999 Ford F350 Super Duty with a 4 and 6 way connector factory and need to change to 7 RV connector. What parts do I need. I was looking at C55243 but reads factory 4 way

You identified the correct harness to convert your 1999 Ford F-350 SD from a 4/6-way trailer connector to the more common RV-style 7-way blade type. Part # C55243 will plug in to a square OEM connector along the driver's-side frame rail. You may want to use metal 7-way mounting bracket # PK12711U to simplify installation.
The linked photo will show you the type of connector you are looking for under the frame.
