Hauling a camper, boat, or bed full of gear can make the rear end sag and change how your truck handles. The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit adds up to 2,500 lbs of extra load support by installing helper leaf springs above your factory springs. They automatically engage as the load increases, keeping your ride level, reducing squat, and helping distribute weight through the frame points designed for heavy loads.

Crosswinds, passing semis, or sharp corners can make your truck rock and sway. These helper springs act like sway bars for your rear suspension, reducing body roll by up to 30 percent. By limiting how much the factory springs twist under stress, they improve steering control and stability when towing or carrying heavy weight. The result is a planted, predictable feel on the highway and smoother cornering when the load shifts.
Every truck carries weight differently, so this system lets you dial in support where you need it most. The shackles that attach the SuperSprings offer several mounting options—choose a higher setting for constant heavy loads or spring fatigue, a lower setting to keep factory ride height and comfort when unloaded, or a middle ground that balances both. With adjustable tension built right into the hardware, you get a tailored ride without complicated tuning or air management systems.
Adding serious suspension support doesn’t have to mean extra upkeep. The SuperSprings kit bolts on above your existing leaf springs with no drilling required. There are no air lines or pressure adjustments to worry about—the rollers at each end engage automatically under load and back off when empty. Once installed, the system quietly does its job every time you hitch up or haul out, extending the life of your brakes, tires, and factory suspension in the process.

Fitment was great easy to install leveled my truck out and didn't affect the ride at all
Great service Amy did a great job
Easy ordering and fast service 2 thumbs up
This is the 3rd pickup I have put them on. Great product easy to install
Instructions very generic.if I wasn't a mechanic for 50 yrs,I'm not sure I would have been able to install these. Instructions not clear and did not show anything about a Ford e450 rv
The install was pretty straightforward and so far they are doing exactly as they should. The packaging was less than desirable though. The box arrived, opened on one end and the springs hanging out of it. Both plastic bags with the smaller parts were ripped open as well. One nut was missing but fortunately I was able to match it up with what I had on hand.
Work excellent, keeps the rear up under load. Great service at etrailer also
Fit was perfect. Only raised the back bumper 3/4" on the lowest setting, which is what I was hoping for. My customer was very pleased and was really looking forward to pulling his fifth wheel without so much sag.
Installation time was less than 45 minutes without removing the wheels.
The product worked great but shipping and instruction weren’t the best the super springs were sticking out of the box luckily all the hardware was there. For such a heavy product the thin cardboard box didn’t cut it. The instruction were very poor. Came for 5 different model years except mine
Raised the bed about 1/2” after install, unloaded weight ride was not changed much. The anti sway was what I was after, towing 33’ TT and it really made a difference. Install was a breeze with wheels on. F250, thought I would have to cut up the plastic fuel tank shield on driver side. Ended up taking out the top bolt and reversing with the head in and nut outside
Adam was great to get the order to me. Knowledgable and professional
Easy to install.Working good so far.
I installed the 2500# Super Springs on my 2019 and 2021 F250s. Installation was simple and made both truck ride smoother unloaded. Help tremendously with heavy trailers.
Work great. Fast shipping. Thank you.
Very happy with superstrings, excellent instructions, went on fairly easy and really helps with the diminishing swaying and adding to stability. Would highly recommend both this product and the company which processed my order and sent it very quickly. Box was damaged and opened when I received it but contents and all parts were in excellent condition. etrailer was great!
Product worked as described. Shipping was quick (etrailer used "air" to my state, then on UPS truck)
Easy to install, not sure why they included 2 sets of polyurethane blocks (only one set fit my truck)
Don't notice any ride difference when set at lowest setting. Raised truck approximately 3/4". East to readjust for more preload if needed.
Combined these Super Springs with Timbren load handlers. So far so good.
Great improvement over stock while maintaining ride quality.
Installing these on a 2020 F250 was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to get the springs on whit the center piece and the front shackle bolted without jacking up the truck. I had to jack the frame up a few inches on each side to get the back shackle bolt through. I put the shackle bolts through the bottom holes since I only need the extra support when I tow. I recommend air / power tools for the shackle nuts and it doesn’t hurt using them for the center bracket u bolts. They are lock nuts and they have a long way to run on for each bolt. I did have to bend my parking brake cable hangar out a bit for one of the shackle bolts to clear the cable. The truck seems to sit a little higher in the back. Maybe an inch or so. The ride empty seemed the same except it felt like it didn’t roll quite as much when turning. Rolling over a lip at the end of our driveway the extra stiffness was noticeable, however. I won’t know how well they really work until I get my fifth wheel hooked up.
This was by far the easiest mod I have made to my 2019 Ford Super Duty King Ranch! Only took 45 minutes start to finish. Didn't even take the wheels off. Took some pressure off of the springs by lifting the rear end a little using the trailer hitch. Used the bottom holes on both ends and only raised the rear of the body 1 inch. Great product!
I installed the springs in a little over an hour but have yet to put our 15,500 lb 5th wheel RV on the truck. The pin weight is around 2,800 lbs when she is fully loaded, so we will see if these help us with the sway and porposing, also the side weight when starting into a curve.

Once you get the chance to tow your 5th wheel, please let us know how you like them!
No issues with install on a 2023, E350 Class C motorhome.
After chalking the front wheels, I used two 3 ton floor jacks with 13” 6x6 blocks just behind the springs to lift the frame and rear tires off the ground to remove the wheels. For safety, 3 ton jack stands were put under the axles during spring installation
After installing the springs per manufacturer instructions, two 1/2” x 10” pieces of all thread with drilled flat bar were used to compress the front end spring.
With the least amount of preload it raised the back a good inch.
The 800# trailer tongue weight will be the next test to see if more preload is needed for a level ride height.
Without towing, the truck seems to ride a little smoother. The real test will come when I hook up my fifth wheel. Very simple to install.

Works great towing and seems to help with some sag and roll. I use them along with airbags so towing my fifth wheel is now worry free.
This was a great addition to the suspension of my 2021 Ford E350 Class C RV. The rear springs were at almost max load. This raised the chassis at the rear axle almost 2-inches. This is a heavy duty spring and I had to fabricate a tool to compress the spring.

That is great to hear! I am glad this addition has worked well for your setup. What RV do you have that you added this too?
