Question:
Good Evening, Trailer Info: Durabull 6x12foot single axle trailer I just bought a brand new trailer with a Dexter EZ-Lube axle and 15inch wheels, this kit seems like it will fit my trailer but does etrailer have any intentions of selling it without the hubs and bearings? My trailer is new, I dont need the hub or to repack the bearings, I just want the calipers, rotors and bracket to mount it. Is the new hub in this kit required because the setback is different to accommodate the additional depth of the rotor? Just trying to understand, $XXX plus everything else to add brakes to my trailer is steep! Thanks

Hey Nicholas, thanks for reaching out!
The rotors in the E-Coat Dexter Disc Brake Kit # K71-633-2 are being discontinued so even if we had everything else available separately in a different kit I'd recommend going with a different disc brake kit so you can easily find replacement parts in the future.
I actually recommend using the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit # DE42FR instead because it has the Maxx coating which is far more resistant than other coatings that calipers and rotors have. The Maxx coating has over 1,000 hours of a salt spray rating while the E-Coat is more of a simple resistant coating that hasn't been rated for saltwater use.

One last question, do you sell a 2" coupler 50 degree a-frame hydraulic actuator I could drill and bolt to my aluminum trailer using these disc brakes?
