The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH43SR is the only option that we currently have that's confirmed to fit your 2023 Ford Escape PHEV. If you plan on towing a trailer then you'll want to pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK57CR if you don't have a factory tow package or the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59ZV if you do have it.
