Can Lippert Smart Jack be Rotated on Mounting Flange

Question:

I would like to add an electric jack to my trailer, but I dont want it to interfere with opening and closing my tailgate. Can the head on this unit be reversed to provide more clearance for my tailgate? The tailgate just barely clears the manual jack I have now maybe an inch or two of clearance.

Yes, you can rotate the Lippert Smart Jack part # LC643589 on the mounting flange for better tailgate clearance.
