Which Circuit breakers will work with a Tekonsha P2 Prodigy Brake Controller in a 2009 Highlander V6 AWD towing s 5K lb trailer? I see some say 40 amp and 20 amp or 40 amp and 30 amp or 30 amp and 20 amp. Gene

Hey Gene, so the amperage requirement of the breaker that you'll use when installing your Prodigy P2 brake controller part # 90885 will be based on the amount of brake axles your trailer has but generally a 30 amp breaker is fine. For a single axle a 20 amp breaker like part # PK54-120. For a double axle the 30 amp breaker part # 7012A.
