The grease seal that comes in the Bearing Kit # BK1-150 is part # 10-9 and is a TruRyde product, yes.
This seal has a 1.500" ID and a 1.987" OD and is typically found on 1-1/16" spindles like what you mentioned.
The part 471750 is a National seal brand and according to our research is has an ID of 1.250" so the correct replacement for that is the part # 34823 from TruRyde, but you'll want to confirm the diameter of the spindle where the grease seal rides to make sure you get the correct part.
