Is the Bearing Kit # BK1-100 Correct for my Trailer

Question:

Can you recommend wheel bearing kit for a small one axil trailer? It has 4 lugs on each wheel. It is not marked for who manufactured it. Here are spindle and hub measurements. Spindle B measure seal: I/S 1.30 in, O/S 1.21 in C measure spindle I/S bearing 0.98 in D measure spindle O/S bearing 0.98 in Hub Outer race diameter 2.04in Inner race diameter. Inner race diameter is not known specifically but must be about 1.0 in. Inner seal diameter 2.02 in Outer hub grease cap diameter 2.02 in Outer race marked China 30205

The closest bearing and seal that we have to what you measured is found in the bearing kit # BK1-100 which is for a BT8 spindle. It comes with 2 bearings, 2 races, 1 grease seal, and a cotter pin.

The bearing part # L44643 is for both the inner and outer bearing. It has an inner diameter of 1.000" while the included race, part # L44610, has an outer diameter of 1.98" which sounds like what you have.

For the seal in the kit we have part # 34823 which has an inner diameter of 1.249" and an outer diameter of 1.983".

Some of the dimensions that you gave look like they may not match up correctly. If you could take your measurements again with a digital caliper and note them to the 3rd decimal place I can help you verify if this is the correct fit or not.
