Hi James; is the 36-gallon tank a factory part and not aftermarket? If so there is an option but for aftermarket tanks I wouldn't be able to verify if there would be interference or not. So as long as your tank is a standard tank on your 2020 Ford F-150, the underbed gooseneck hitch that fits your short bed truck is the following:
