Question:

2019 Ford F-350. I see that there are two Bargman harnesses for fifth wheel towing. Both say they are for aluminum beds. So which one of these is the recommended one for my truck?

You are correct, there are two Bargman 5th wheel wiring harnesses for a 2019 Ford F-350, and the correct harness will depend on if you have the Fifth Wheel Towing Package in your truck. The fifth wheel towing package means your truck has the puck system for mounting a fifth wheel hitch like the B&W Companion 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300.

The Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 54701-007-010 is the recommended harness if your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty HAS the Fifth Wheel Towing Package because when I have previously spoken with Bargman they told me that there has been - on very rare occasions - times the other harness can read a trailer is connected when it is not, but that has only occurred on trucks with the Towing Package.

That harness will only work if your '19 F-350 has the Towing Package; if you do NOT have the Towing Package you will need the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 50-97-410-010.

@BrandonA Hello Brandon. Only if it came factory. If you look at the 2 different 5th wheel/gooseneck wiring you will see that the connectors on them are different. You will want the # 50-97-410-010 as it will pigtail off of the 7 way on the back of your truck.
