Question:

Will these Brophy camper tie-downs be solid enough for carrying a Lance 825 slide-in truck camper in a 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 short-bed truck. Ive had frame-mounted Happijac systems in the past and Im through with having to drill into the trucks bed frame. Thanks!

Hi Mark, thanks for the question and yes, the Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs # HSAB for your 2024 Ram 3500 are sturdy enough for your Lance 825 slide-in camper.

These will work so long as you do not have the RamBoxes in your truck, and while the tie-downs themselves don't have a weight capacity, the necessary turnbuckles do - the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles w/ Hardware for Camper Tie-Downs # TDHP.

The # TDHP have a 3,000 lb capacity which is plenty for your Lance 825 from the specs I was able to find.
