A 5 on 4-1/4 bolt pattern is something you typically find on passenger vehicle wheels. This is not something that we carry for trailer wheels and I don't think you're going to find them anywhere either. There are some basic wheels with that bolt pattern out there but they have large offsets since they aren't designed for a trailer. I would double check the bolt pattern using the attached template or by following the measurement guide from the help articles below to be sure that is the bolt pattern you have.

If that really is your bolt pattern, I recommend swapping out your hubs so you have a common bolt pattern and wheels are easy to find. You will need to know the capacity of your axle/bearing combination to find the right replacement. For example, if you have a standard 3,500 lb axle you could use the # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K for an idler hub or # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for a hub and drum assembly. Both have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. These could be used with a trailer wheel like # AM20545 or # LH34FR.
