Could Ventline Range Hood Vent Fit as Replacement Older Jensen Range Hood

Question:
Have a jensen stove hood vent. Need a lid , the old lid has a number of 29-728... It measures 10 7/8 x 4 3/8 can you help?

We have several RV range hood exterior wall vents but they all need a 10-1/2 x 3-3/4 inch opening like # V2111-03. The dimension you gave sounds like it could be either the overall dimension of the vent or the opening. This cover has an overall length of 11 inches and a height of 5 inches.
