Does your CAM42160 vent cover replace the cover for: Exhaust Air Kit No. 615791 Norcold EG Models ? Thanks

The Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover # CAM42160 referenced in your question is compatible with a lot of the newer Norcold bases, but you can take a couple measurements on your existing base to confirm if this will fit. This cover is designed to fit a base that measures 26 inches long and 7-1/2 inches wide. The cover itself is 33-1/4 inches long, 10-1/4 inches wide and 3-5/8 inches tall.

If these measurements match what you currently have, then this cover will work great as a replacement. I have also included a short video demonstration on this product that you can check out.
