Question:
In your review of the Center Hub, you stated it is constructed of stainless steel. What is the construction material of the cap/screw? I am looking at purchasing these and having them powder coated, but need to know if the screw cap is metal or plastic. Secondly, how is the screw cap removed? Is this similar to a Freightliner tool that will remove the screw caps? Thanks.

Hey Tm!
The center cap and bolt that comes with the Phoenix USA Rear Wheel Center Cap # PXQ2020L is stainless steel.
The cap is removed by spinning it until the bolt is completely out. You can use the Hub Cover Wrench # PHX54FR to install and remove the cap.
